These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velora Peace website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store Information

This website and store are operated under the brand name Velora Peace. Our ecommerce services are hosted by Shopify.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your location to place an order. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, or use the service for an illegal purpose.

Products and Handmade Variation

Our personalized pet portraits are handmade. Product photographs and digital previews illustrate the intended style, but colors may vary between screens and physical materials. Minor variations in shape, texture, color, placement, proportions, and frame finish are inherent to handmade work and are not defects.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, customization cannot reasonably be produced, submitted content is inappropriate or infringes rights, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or listing error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

Customer Content and Permission

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and authorize Velora Peace and the service providers involved in your order to copy, adapt, and use it only as needed to create, deliver, and support the purchased product.

You must not upload content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

Customization and Approval

You are responsible for checking all selected options and submitted details. If an approval image is provided, one minor revision is included. You must respond within 48 hours. If no response is received, we may proceed using the current design. Significant changes to the original order may be refused or may require an additional charge.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Personalized goods are made for a specific customer and generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was confirmed, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products are otherwise handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

EU consumers retain statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. For customers in the European Economic Area, personalized goods are generally exempt from the 14-day statutory withdrawal right, but your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain fully protected.

Shipping and Import Charges

Production and delivery dates are estimates. The estimated total timeline is approximately 22–35 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Risk of delay may arise from customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local handling charges are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The website design, brand name, text, graphics, product designs, and original store content belong to Velora Peace or their respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on Shopify and other third-party services or links. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, or their independent terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and Liability

Velora Peace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
